The first exclusive „Business Retreat“ presented by leadership Coach Roel Schaart took place in the beautiful location of 5 Stars OKU Ibiza Hotel this May.

10 Participants from all over the world experienced 4 days with 10 coaches full of personal growth, goalsetting and unique experiences. Business owners, entrepreneurs and executives came together to break through their challenges, connect and get new inputs and perspectives.
The retreat started with a joyful get together hosted by Roel Schaart.
Fitness Coach Astrid Schaart guided the group through meditation and breathwork units every morning and challenging beach fitness sessions.
Followed by the “Empower your Personality” workshop hosted by former Miss Austria and Life Coach Silvia Schachermayer the second day was full of personal presentation, speaking infront of audience and camera, giving feedback, value and belief work as well as pitching the goals to the other participants and a follow up Fotoshooting “Make the camera your best friend” with Photographer Fabiana and Videographer Cristina.
Mayor breakthroughs took place and it was a perfect kick-off for all the other workshops.
„I enjoyed a lot to spend time with people from different countries and with unique requirements. I threw them into the cold water by letting them pitch their personal presentation right at the beginning of my workshop.
It was really impressive to see the development even after only some exercises and training within one day. I am very proud of the group and super happy that they let me be part of their personal growth and are enjoying now to express themselves and their business ideas.“

Art therapist and model Sophie Seyfarth introduced the group to the principles of colors and their meaning as well as painting their personal goals in beautiful art pieces.
Former Tony Robins Master Coach Roel Schaart worked with his clients on Motivation Modes and Leadership.
Scientist Enej gave an amazing insight into nutrition and Bio Types and the outstanding shamanic drumming duo Petra and Tom Schilten brought up hidden emotions and limitations.
The perfect closing party of magical 4 days took place in STK Ibiza Restaurant!
